the time zone
About
the time zone is a free set of live digital and analog clocks, a world clock, and time zone and daylight-saving references for countries and cities worldwide. What the time zone is
Live digital and analog clocks, a world clock, time zone and daylight-saving details, and a place to pin the locations you check most.
Who runs it
An independent site run by Sajith Mantharath, based in India, online since 2021.
How it works
Time comes from your device’s clock; time zone and daylight-saving rules come from the IANA time zone database. Your settings stay on your device — no account needed.
A note on accuracy
Times can be wrong if your device clock is wrong, and daylight-saving rules occasionally change — see our Terms of Use for details.
How it’s funded
Ads (Google AdSense) keep the time zone free to use.
